I remember when the USA invaded Afghanistan and Iraq and how our media was plastered with stories of the taliban’s oppression against women. It seemed to be a major justification for the war and the overthrow of the Taliban.
Doesn’t look like it’s made too much change. If that was really what the war was about, where is all the outrage at this continued oppression?
